I live locally to your showroom. Can I order online but collect my purchases from you?

Absolutely! When you are placing your order you will be asked what sort of delivery you require. Select the collection option and we will then contact you when your purchase is ready to collect. Your payment will also take this into account and you will not be charged for delivery. Please be aware that prices on this website are exclusive to online customers

What if an item is out of stock?

If you have ordered an item that is out of stock we will contact you by email to inform you of when the item is due back in stock. You will be able to choose whether you wish to wait for the item to come back into stock, to choose a replacement item or to get a refund.

Is it safe to use my credit card on this website?

Definitely as every transaction is securely encrypted using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer). However, if you prefer, you can make payment by email,  telephone or PAYPAL

What do the prices on this website include?

The prices quoted on the item description pages also include a limited amount of text engraving where relevant, on one place of the item only, there is an extra charge for different places. The price includes logos providing they come as a line drawing only. There is a charge for editing.

These prices do not include shipping costs. Please see the Ordering and Delivery help page for details of these costs.

If you wish to know how far along we are with your order, please contact us by email, supplying us with your name and date you placed your order, or ring 0113 258 7077.
